Starts 10th September
All workouts are created and conducted by Ms Nancy herself.
You will need:
A pair of dumbbells or water filled bottles
A water bottle
Lots of enthusiasm
Willingness to get fitter
The workout plan does not include a diet plan.
Only basic guidelines are provided for diet.
Separate or modified exercises will be told for people with back and knee problems.
Batch 1 – 8:00 am to 9:00 am
Batch 2 – 4:30- 5:30 pm
The videos will be recorded and posted on instagram page( exclusive for members)
If you miss the class on a particular day, you can do the class on your own using recorded videos.
