I am happy that you already know fad diets and quick fixes don’t work. With growing knowledge and awareness, it is evident that weightloss doesn’t mean starvation.
I am a stern believer of the fact that FOOD is the biggest part of OUR life. I don’t see any memories, occasions and vacations coming to life without food in it.
With my SUSTAINABILITY plan, here you will learn how to pick foods of your choice and eat them while reaching your goal.
There is no right or wrong way of eating food and living your life. I have worked with so many clients in the past that I can assert that the taste and choices of people change every week. Hence rigid plans don’t work.
A lot of people are clueless after their diet ends.Hence I am putting an end to dieting, and creating a way for you to start your own journey with me. A journey that has no restrictions, that has no time boundaries and that never ends. A journey that leads to you a happy harmony of food and your body.
In short, I allow you to learn how you feel around food, what foods you like more, and how to incorporate them while reaching your goals.
Before I can go ahead with you I would discuss your relationship with food and your previous dieting experience. Also knowing your goal or expectation from your body will be a huge help.
After doing an introductory call with you I will make a plan around foods that you choose.
We will discuss how you feel every week, your energy, hunger, mood because they make a huge difference.
We will see what foods you don’t like or want to include.
I give you a chart to fill in every week, that allows me to rate you on your performance and take next steps accordingly. I will be thoroughly teaching you about everything that will improve your relationship with food and reduce cravings.
I teach you the balance through food and counselling you.
Slowly you will come into a zone where you will no longer be intimidated around food or make decisions that will make you feel guilty.
You will be able to enjoy food, gain confidence; improve health markers while attaining your body goals
