I’m Nancy. I am a nutritionist and a fitness enthusiast. Before getting my certification, I had tried several diets, methods and measures of losing weight, staying healthy and performing better. Every time I would think of losing weight, only thing that will come to my mind is eating less, although I succeeded in my efforts but most of the times; weight bounced back. There was something that I was not doing right because eating less made me HANGRY and eating back calories made me heavier. There had to be a way around it and with years of hits and trials, trying different diets; gathering knowledge and experience- I discovered that it is not eating less that works but eating right foods and macro distribution. Then I could easily create a deficit and lose weight all the while eating my favorite foods whilst keeping my diet filling and nutritious. This led me to study nutrition further and attain certifications to help people attain their dream physique. I have not limited my experience just to help people in losing or gaining weight but also helped them in bettering their health and over come health issues that were making their life miserable.
How did I lose my pregnancy weight?
I gained 28 kgs in my pregnancy and just like you I was scared of starting my journey to be fit once again. Thankfully, my years experience in this field allowed me to adopt a healthy approach. I knew starving was not the key, I enjoyed my favorite foods and also lost weight in the process, I didn’t lose my focus and kept doing what I knew works every time with utmost patience and consistency. This helped me look even better than my pre-pregnancy physique and now I help other reach lose weight and look their best as well.
